Schedule: Locum candidate must have a clean malpractice history defined as no open or paid claims in past 10 years. Must have California DEA address, CA Medical License, Covid Vaccination/Booster. Provider orientation must take place before the shift coverage starts. The orientation can be scheduled on 12/28/2023. Emergency Room On-Call starts on 12/29/2023 at 7am and end on 01/01/2024 at 7am. Locum physician must be credentialed with locum company.
