Responsibilities:

Perform total hip and knee arthroplasty, revision joint surgeries, and treat joint infections
-
Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care
-
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
-
Utilize advanced technologies, including the Stryker MAKO robotic system
-
Participate in on-call responsibilities (approximately 4 calls per month)

Required Procedures:

Total Hip Arthroplasty

Total Knee Arthroplasty

Revision Joint Surgery
-

EMR System: EPIC
-
Support Staff: Full team, including trauma, sports, pediatrics, hand (plastic surgery), and podiatry specialists

Days Per Month: Full-time

On-Call/Weekends: 4 calls per month
Submission Requirements:
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years post-fellowship) in Orthopedic Surgery from ABOS – REQUIRED (No Exceptions)

Active Michigan license (or in process) – HIGHLY PREFERRED
-
Fellowship-trained in Adult Reconstruction – REQUIRED
-
2+ years of work experience in total joint arthroplasty – PREFERRED
