Are you looking to be a successful, autonomous Total Joint Orthopaedic Surgeon at an independent, five-star rated hospital? Capture this great opportunity quickly!
Opportunity:
• Join a team of 4 orthopedic surgeons and APPs, experienced surgical staff, and a dedicated practice director
• High demand for total hip and knee replacements with all revisions currently sent out as well - no competition
• General Orthopedist referrals along with a strong hospital-employed feeder system of 33 clinics and 60 PCP providers
• Hospital is a 137-bed facility with newly designated Level III Trauma Care, Family Medicine residency program, and Total Joint Commission Recognized
• Blocked schedule for the hospital OR and surgery center, input in your schedule, along with a great work/life balance, and call of 1:5
Details:
• Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Adult Reconstructive fellowship-trained preferred, new fellows encouraged to apply
• Competitive guarantee base salary with a lucrative w/RVU production model and income beyond 90th percentile per MGMA, proven 7-figure potential with surgery center ownership opportunities
