Position Type: Permanent

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult patients requiring joint reconstruction and replacement
Setting: Level III Trauma Center
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive total joint and adult reconstruction orthopedic care in a collaborative environment with dedicated OR access and APP support
Required Procedures: Primary and revision total joint arthroplasty/replacement procedures
EMR System: Not Specified
Support Staff: Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider support
Days Per Month: Full Time
On-Call/Weekends: N/A
Submission Requirements:
- ABOS Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Total Joint/Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgery
- Valid IA & IL License (or Active IMLC/Willing to Obtain Licenses)
- DEA and BLS Certification
- Self-Query NPDB Report (within the last 30 days)
