Clinical Role-
Permanent, full-time Adult Reconstructive / Total Joints Orthopedic Surgeon position

Seeking board certified or truly board eligible Orthopedic Surgeons with adult reconstruction focus
-
Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule

Option to work 4.5 days per week
-
Call 1:6, with a clear path to improvement
-
Four additional orthopedic hires are planned to join the same call pool
-
Once fully staffed, call improves to approximately 1:9

Cerner EMR
-
W2 position only
-
No visa sponsorship available

Will consider 2027 candidates for strong fits, with preference for earlier availability

Established orthopedic group including:
-
3 full-time Orthopedic Surgeons (Sports, Upper Extremity, Joints)

1 part-time General Orthopedic Surgeon
-
5 Advanced Practice Providers (dedicated to physicians, not shared across practices)

Incoming surgeon would supervise an experienced APP who previously worked with the departing physician

Strong referral base and infrastructure to support a busy adult reconstruction practice

$950,000 base salary + RVU production
-
$75,000 sign-on bonus
-
$100,000 retention bonus
