Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Total Joint replacement to join a growing private practice. You’ll be joining a collaborative, physician-led group with colleagues across multiple orthopedic subspecialties, robust ancillary services, and strong operational support so you can focus on what matters most—your patients.

  • Practice locations include medical office buildings on hospital campuses with potential satellite clinics throughout Tucson

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday clinic, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Clinical Split: Approximately 60% clinic / 40% OR
  • Clinic Volume (at maturity):
    • 3 clinic days per week
    • ~30–50 patients per day as needed
  • Surgical Volume:
    • Estimated 6–8 surgeries per OR day, as appropriate
  • Call: ER call coverage expected, including weekends

  • Dedicated Medical Assistants and reception staff
  • Experienced professional management team
  • Established referral base and strong hospital relationships

Candidate Profile

  • Fellowship training or significant experience in Total Joint Replacement
  • Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Residents and fellows considered; prior experience preferred
  • Interest in building a long-term practice within a collaborative private group
