  • Predictable schedule and reasonable call rotation

Work Schedule

  • Clinic Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Clinic Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Average Patient Volume: 12–15 patients per day
  • Call Schedule: 1:4 General Orthopedic Surgery call

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Productivity and experience-based compensation structure
    (Compensation details available upon request)

Benefits Package

  • $50,000 Sign-On/Relocation Bonus (paid upon execution of final contract)
  • CME Allowance: $5,000 per calendar year
  • CME Time Off: 5 paid days annually

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Eligible for Alaska medical licensure
  • Broad orthopedic skill set preferred
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
