THE OPPORTUNITY
Tucson, AZ presents a compelling opportunity for a Ortho Hip & Joint physician seeking the right balance of clinical challenge and quality of life. Join a thriving orthopedic program as a fellowship-trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon in Tucson, AZ, where you'll have the chance to practice in a busy, referral-rich environment. This full-time position offers a balanced 60% outpatient and 40% surgical schedule, allowing you to focus on both clinical care and surgical excellence.
THE ROLE
• Full-time opportunity; average of 25 patients per clinic day.
• Call: Practice call required with a shared, manageable schedule.
• Volume: Average of 25 patients per clinic day.
• Procedures: Key procedures include knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle surgeries supported by the Joint Replacement Center.
• Team: Collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction, with full ancillary support.
• St. Joseph's Hospital, part of a recognized orthopedic service line, equipped with advanced technology including a MAKO robotic-assisted surgery system and a strong referral base for joint replacement.

REQUIREMENTS
• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ortho Hip & Joint
• Active AZ medical license or ability to obtain
• MD or DO
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship-trained in Total Joint / Adult Reconstruction
• Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure
