A leading medical center in northeastern Maine is seeking a fellowship-trained Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon to join a highly collaborative team of four surgeons in a busy, hospital-employed practice. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-volume setting with strong institutional support and the potential to serve as Medical Director of the Joint Center of Excellence.

Practice Highlights:

• Team of four orthopedic surgeons (Arthroplasty, Foot & Ankle, Shoulder, Sports Medicine)
• Dedicated 1:1 PA/NP support, skilled anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Established Center of Excellence in Joint Arthroplasty with dedicated unit
• No ER call and flexible weekday schedule (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.)
• Access to on-site X-ray, MRI, PT/OT, wound care, and advanced surgical facilities
• Strong orthopedic trauma team and robust referral base
