We're welcoming a permanent Adult Reconstruction surgeon to our established, physician-led orthopedic group in Upstate New York. Join a thriving, independent practice offering an integrated model designed for maximum efficiency—featuring high-volume clinics, ASCs, MRI, EMG, orthobiologics, physical therapy, pain management, and injury urgent care—to streamline care and support exceptional outcomes.
Practice:
• Built-in surgical volume with the availability to perform 800 cases/year
• MAKO and ROSA robotics
• Each physician is supported by PA, MA, surgical first assist and scheduler
• Call 1:15 | No trauma
• Modernizing Medicine EMR with voice integration
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary plus net annual collections bonus | $1.2MM proven earnings
• $800,000 recruitment incentive
• Partnership track with opportunity for ASC and clinic ownership
• Profit sharing
• PTO, CME, employer-paid malpractice, medical, dental, life, AD&D, STD and EAP
