Total Joint Orthopedic Surgery opportunity: Augusta, ME ~ 1 Hr to Portland ~ H1 Eligible Position Details

  • BC/BE orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in Total Joint Arthroplasty including revision surgery
  • Multi-specialty orthopaedic practice
  • Group currently has four orthopaedic surgeons performing total joint replacements and two of them are planning to retire over the next year or so
  • Inherit a busy referral base for both primary and revision total joint surgery
About the Practice 10 surgeon group with fellowship training in sports medicine, hand surgery, joint replacement, spine surgery, foot and ankle surgery, orthopaedic trauma and also has a podiatry division Additionally there is a non-operative sports medicine fellowship consisting of five fellowship trained non-operative sports medicine physicians and two fellows annually. There is a great opportunity for teaching and education with the fellows and the family practice residents. The selected candidate will join the call pool with 10 other surgeons allowing for a great work-life balance!
