DENTAL PRACTICE DESCRIPTION:
Two established practices in Coudersport, PA.
Three Dentists; 5 Dental Hygienists; 6 Dental Assistants; 2 Office Coordinators; 1 Office Manager, and 2 Secretary/Receptionist.
FINANCIAL PACKAGE:
Physician or dentist employment is typically an initial agreement for a 36-month term and contains reasonable non-compete and confidentiality terms.
Group uses the annual MGMA Physician Production and Compensation Survey to establish guaranteed base annual compensation. In most cases hospital's offer of compensation is based on the median, but will depend on other aspects effecting total cash compensation.
A signing bonus, retention bonus or combination of both is negotiable. Bonuses are aligned with Medical Center's goals, i.e., a retention bonus must extend the contract commitment for at least two years past the initial term.

DENTIST POSITION:
Employed position with competitive salary
Full-time position schedule is 46 weeks per year; Dentists generally work 36 clinical hours per week total hours being between 40-45 hours weekly.
6 weeks are allotted for vacation, holidays, CME and personal time off
