Job description
Seeking a skilled Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care in West Pasco, Washington, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through patient-centered treatment, clinical leadership, and collaboration within a mission-driven healthcare environment.
- HPSA Dental score of 15
- Adult/pediatric patient ratio: 60% (adults) x 40% (peds)
- Schedule: 4x10
- Team size: 1 Dentist and 2 Hygienist
- Each dentist is responsible for 2 Columns - around 20 patients per day
Position Highlights:
- Join a team dedicated to improving access to high-quality dental care
- Provide comprehensive dental services for a diverse patient population
- Perform restorative procedures, extractions, root canals, dentures, and treatment planning
- Develop personalized care plans through clinical evaluation and diagnostic imaging
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes
- Mentor and support dental staff while contributing to a strong team culture
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence efforts
- Opportunity to expand skills through orthodontic, pediatric, and implant treatment services after approved training and credentialing
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Active Washington State dental license
- Active DEA license
- CPR certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe
- AIDS education certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe
- Strong knowledge of comprehensive dental care principles and clinical practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with providers, staff, and patients
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: $160K - $200K annually
