Locums Otolaryngology Physician in South Carolina - Facial Trauma Call
Otolaryngology Physician locums opportunity in Florence, South Carolina, offering one-week-per-month facial trauma call coverage.
Highlights
- One week per month ongoing
- 24-hour facial trauma call only
- Level II trauma center
- Option to cover ENT and facial trauma simultaneously
Practice Setting
- 500-plus bed regional hospital
- Inpatient trauma coverage
- Rotating call with ENT, Oral Surgery, and Plastic Surgery groups
- EPIC EMR
Schedule
- 24-hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM
- Approximately one week per month
- Ongoing coverage into 2027
- Beeper call with callback compensation
Cases and Procedures
- Facial trauma including mandibles and orbital floors
- Lid lacerations and complex facial injuries
- ED consults, operative management, and post-op rounding
- Average 5 to 6 consults per day
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, or Plastic Surgery
- Active South Carolina license
- DEA and CSR eligible in South Carolina
