Job description
An established oral and maxillofacial surgery team in Western Wisconsin along the Mississippi River is seeking a motivated and collaborative Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join its high-performing practice.
Position Highlights:
- Collegial team of 3 OMS attending surgeons
- Fully accredited 4-resident OMS training program
- Unique academic–private practice hybrid
- High-volume, full-scope OMS practice
- Dedicated time supervising and teaching residents
- 1 week/month call shared with residents
- Established tri-state referral network
- Optional research collaboration
- Multidisciplinary dental specialty environment
Clinical Scope & Support:
- Dentoalveolar surgery, implants and advanced implant rehabilitation
- Orthognathic surgery, TMJ surgery and total joint replacement
- Facial trauma, pathology, bone grafting and reconstruction
- Strong OR access with experienced surgical and anesthesia support
- Advanced imaging and digital surgical planning, including CBCT and 3D printing
- Guided implant technology and comprehensive anesthesia/monitoring capabilities
