Job Responsibilities
⦁ High Earning Potential: Competitive base salary plus performance-based compensation tied to direct collections. A full patient schedule is available immediately, supporting strong earning potential from day one.
⦁ Partnership Track: Defined two-year pathway to partnership, with the opportunity for ownership in outpatient surgical centers and related entities.

Qualifications
⦁ Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS)
⦁ Eligible for or holding a Wisconsin medical/dental license
⦁ Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Ability to build strong relationships with patients, peers, and referring providers
