Description: This opportunity is part of a large, integrated healthcare system that serves an eight-county region across 5,600 square miles in Central New York. The system includes multiple affiliated hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and partnerships with related healthcare providers. Job Description & Responsibilities: Join an established group of general dentists, hygienists, and oral surgeons. Must have strong communication and documentation skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, and be competent in all aspects of general dentistry including behavior management for pediatric and special needs patients. Uses EPIC Wisdom for integrated medical-dental records and digital radiography. Minimal evening and weekend phone calls, shared among network dentists. Compensation: Salary Range: $174,736 $189,785 (based on experience, qualifications, and market factors). Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000. Group-employed model. Qualifications: DMD or DDS degree.
