Assignment Dates: ASAP – September (with potential to extend)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible for the right candidate)

Patient & Case Info

Daily Volume: 8–15 patients (mix of consults and surgeries)

Procedure Mix: Primarily extractions, third molars, and single implants
-
Mornings: 4–5 surgeries

Afternoons: 6–7 consultations

Patient Demographic: Predominantly adult population

Pediatric patients occasionally seen for local anesthesia (must be >75 lbs for sedation)

EMR: WinOMS

Implant System: Neodent (preferred but open to discussing other experience)
Requirements
-
DMD/DDS from an accredited institution
-
Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
-
Board certified or board eligible
-
Active DEA license
-
Anesthesia Permit Required
