General Dentist – Car Allowance Included | Michigan | Path to Clinical Director

We’re hiring a full-time General Dentist and making your transition easier with a $500/month car & gas allowance for your first 6 months!

What You’ll Do
· Deliver exceptional clinical care from initial exam to treatment completion
· Collaborate with in-house specialists (Perio, Endo, Oral Surgery, Ortho)
· Educate and guide patients on oral health and treatment options
· Maintain and review medical records, x-rays, and diagnostic tests
· Perform general and advanced procedures, including endo, extractions, dentures/partials
What You Can Expect
· Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
· Patients per Day: 8–10 on your schedule + 16–24 hygiene checks
· Pediatric Patients: ~5%
· Support Team: 2–3 RDHs, 2 EFDAs
· Payer Mix: All Cash and PPO
· Procedures Required: Core general dentistry + endo, extractions, prosthodontics

What You’ll Need
· DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited program
· Active MI dental license
· BLS/CPR certification
· Proof of malpractice insurance and Hep B vaccination
