Job # 24240: Glaucoma Surgeon – Tucson, AZ locations - $300K+
Salary and Benefits
- Net production compensation structure based on collections. Steady every 2 week draw with overage paid the following month. (performance based)

Ideal Candidate will be:
- Board Certified Ophthalmologist
- Fellowship Trained Glaucoma Surgeon
- Comfortable with a high-volume practice
- 2+ years of experience
- Comfortable with advance and new techniques
Other Information
- Exclusively glaucoma surgeries, very little if any cataract work
- Combination of invasive and less invasive procedures
- Join scribes and a full-time surgical staff
- Work 8-hour shifts
- Monday – Friday
- Very light call schedule
