AMSURG, an Envision Healthcare company, is looking for an Optometrist to join one of our partner physician practices located in the Washington D.C. area. This nationally recognized Ophthalmology group is looking for a highly qualified and motivated optometrist to join our team.

Clinical responsibilities include surgical co-management, complex contact lens fitting, and primary care. Our subspecialty ophthalmologists provide care in glaucoma, retina, cornea and diseases of the external eye, neuro-ophthalmology, cosmetic and oculoplastic surgery. We offer advanced intraocular lenses and laser vision correction.

Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited School of Optometry and residency training or three years’ experience in a clinical practice is preferred. Fitting hard lenses, PROSE lenses and scleral fit cases is encouraged.
