You'll step right in to a developed, comprehensive practice with unlimited earning potential. If you are fellowship trained or have focused on particular specialties in your previous work, you would be encouraged to serve both a general patient population as well as whatever patient types your experience, interests and training calls for. The ability to do intravitreal injections is important and if you're comfortable working with a pediatric population, there is virtually no competition.
