We are seeking an Optometrist who is available to work on a locum's basis starting as soon as possible in the Duluth/Suwanee area.

The provider can choose their own hours/days to work, however the practice is typically open Monday-Friday 9a-6p and Sat 9a-2p. They accept appointments & walk-ins and the average census is 25 patients per day. EHR is Eyefinity.

Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible, have a current GA License, Clean Databank and No current significant malpractice history.

Also, we are seeking a Lab Tech who has experience cutting basic lenses.
