An established and respected independent ophthalmology group is seeking a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Refractive and Cataract Surgery to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to build a highly customized practice, enjoy significant surgical volume, and work toward partnership in a well-supported environment.
Position Highlights

- Fully equipped on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)

Practice Environment
- Collaborative team consisting of:
- 1 Ophthalmologist
- 3 Optometrists
- Dedicated and experienced support staff
- Scribe support available
- Strong optometric co-management model allowing surgeons to focus on complex and surgical cases
Clinical & Surgical Volume
- 30-40 evaluation patients per day
- 20-30 surgical cases per surgery day
- Surgery schedule:
- Every Wednesday
- Every other Monday
Surgical Focus
Physicians with experience or interest in the following are encouraged to apply:
- Cataract Surgery
- Refractive Surgery
- LASIK
- General Ophthalmology (optional based on preference)
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
- Fellowship Training in Refractive and/or Cataract Surgery preferred
- Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
