Established ophthalmology practice is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Retina Surgeon in Charleston, West Virginia. Join a collaborative team delivering advanced retinal care with access to modern diagnostics, surgical technology, and strong referral support.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform retinal surgeries, laser procedures, and intravitreal injections.
• Interpret OCT, fluorescein angiography, ultrasound, and imaging studies.
• Manage macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachments, and related conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and staff.
Qualifications
• Board Certified/Eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Fellowship Trained in Retina Surgery required.
• Active West Virginia license or eligibility.
