Job Responsibilities

โ€ข Diagnose and treat neuro-ophthalmologic conditions affecting vision and eye movements
โ€ข Manage cases of unexplained or sudden vision loss
โ€ข Perform specialized testing (visual fields, OCT, ocular alignment, etc.)
โ€ข Collaborate with neurology, rehab, and multidisciplinary care teams
โ€ข Provide patient and family education on neurological vision disorders
โ€ข Participate in general neurology care as practice grows

Qualifications

โ€ข Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
โ€ข Fellowship training in Neuro-Ophthalmology preferred
โ€ข Active Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain
โ€ข DEA and BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
โ€ข Clean malpractice history

Working Hours

โ€ข Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM
โ€ข No routine weekends; call requirements minimal/not specified
