THE LOCATION — Marietta, GA (Atlanta Metro)
Marietta is the quintessential Atlanta suburb — a historic square with chef-driven restaurants and live theater, top-rated schools in the Cobb County system, and tree-canopied neighborhoods with spacious homes at a fraction of in-town Atlanta prices. Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park provides trails with skyline views, the Battery at Truist Park puts Braves baseball and upscale dining at your doorstep, and downtown Atlanta's world-class culture — the High Museum, Fox Theatre, BeltLine — is a quick 20-minute drive south. Hartsfield-Jackson, the world's busiest airport, means nonstop flights virtually anywhere. Georgia's cost of living is moderate, and the metro Atlanta economy is one of the most dynamic in the Southeast.
