A growing, physician-led ophthalmology practice is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Retina Surgeon to join a collaborative, high-performing team. 🩺 Position Overview

The Retina Surgeon will diagnose and treat diseases of the retina and vitreous, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears, and retinal detachment. You’ll work alongside experienced ophthalmologists, optometrists, and skilled clinical staff utilizing advanced diagnostic and surgical technologies.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage retinal and vitreous disorders

• Perform vitreoretinal surgeries

• Conduct in-office laser procedures

• Administer intravitreal injections

• Interpret OCT, fluorescein angiography, fundus photography, and ocular ultrasound

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Educate patients and families on care and recovery

• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation

• Stay current with advancements in retinal care

✅ Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology

• Completion of Retina/Vitreoretinal Surgery Fellowship

• Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility)

• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and patient-care focus

🗓 Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• Full-Time

• Standard 8-hour shifts

• No weekends (unless part of light call rotation)
