Due to increasing patient demand, our expanding Division of Ophthalmology & Optometry is seeking a talented Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join a collaborative, high-volume practice in the Bronx. Physicians with fellowship training in Glaucoma, Cornea, or Retina can rapidly grow a subspecialty practice due to strong community need and an established referral network. This role offers clinical autonomy, surgical opportunities, and long-term growth within a supportive team environment.

Job Responsibilities
β’ Diagnose and manage eye diseases and visual disorders
β’ Perform medical and surgical procedures as indicated
β’ Manage glaucoma, corneal disease, retinal conditions, and other ocular pathologies
β’ Collaborate with optometrists and referring providers
β’ Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment for patient assessment
β’ Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
β’ Educate patients on treatment options and preventive eye care
Qualifications
β’ Completion of internship and accredited Ophthalmology residency
β’ Board Eligible or Board Certified in Ophthalmology
β’ Active New York State Medical License
β’ Fellowship training in Glaucoma, Cornea, or Retina preferred but not required
β’ Strong diagnostic, surgical, and clinical decision-making skills
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
