We are seeking a licensed Optometrist (O.D.) to provide comprehensive, high-quality eye care services to patients. The Optometrist will deliver direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and contribute to clinical excellence, education, and quality improvement initiatives. This role requires a patient-focused professional with strong clinical expertise and a commitment to continuous learning.
Job Responsibilities
Manage patient cases and coordinate care with medical and support staff
Collaborate with healthcare teams for referrals and treatment planning
Supervise and assist in training opticians and support staff
Educate patients and families on eye health and prevention
Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and continuing education
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience
Active Optometrist license (or eligible)
