Practice Overview

• Join a collaborative team with three experienced physicians
• Referral-driven, medically focused ophthalmology model
• Strong in-house subspecialty support in cornea, retina, and glaucoma
• Rotating call schedule approximately every 6–8 weeks

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No retail or primary eye care duties
• Balance of clinic and procedural time with a manageable workload
• Potential for flexible scheduling discussions

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $150,000 - $180,000 with performance incentives
• Comprehensive insurance coverage including malpractice

Candidate Requirements

• Optometry (OD) degree holders only
• Open to both new graduates and experienced optometrists
• Residency training preferred but not mandatory
