Compensation & Benefits

  • Employed position with a base salary of $450,000 - $500,000 and production incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice with tail coverage

Candidate Requirements

  • MD or DO, board-eligible or board-certified in Ophthalmology
  • Fellowship training welcomed, but not mandatory
  • Residents and fellows encouraged to apply
  • Strong clinical skills and a collaborative approach required
