We are seeking a full-time Surgical Ophthalmologist to join an established and collaborative eye care team within a thriving, multi-specialty organization. This opportunity offers exceptional clinical autonomy, advanced diagnostics, and the ability to tailor your practice volume—from balanced to very high-volume—based on your preferences.
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive surgical and medical ophthalmology care,
Cosmetic and reconstructive procedures including blepharoplasty and ptosis repair
Conduct specialty exams including FAA flight exams, disability, and workers’ compensation evaluations
Practice Highlights
Join a collegial team of ophthalmologists (including neuro-ophthalmology) and optometrists
Flexible patient volume with potential for a high-volume surgical practice
No call responsibilities and weekday-only schedule
Close collaboration with optical services for comprehensive patient care
State-of-the-art Eye Clinic with advanced diagnostic and surgical technology
EMR: EPIC
Advanced Diagnostics & Technology
Visual field testing, A-scan, IOL Master, auto-refraction
Fundus photography and Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)
Keratometry, corneal topography, pachymetry
Indirect ophthalmoscopy and neuro-ophthalmic evaluations
Contact tonometry and in-office procedural capabilities

Who We’re Looking For
MD or DO with completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible (Board Certification preferred)
Active Minnesota medical license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills and comfort working independently and within a team
