Eye Care Specialists, the most established and respected ophthalmology group in the region, is seeking a Retina specialist to join its thriving practice in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This opportunity offers immediate volume, a smooth transition with an existing Retina physician scaling back and a fast partnership track. Work in a modern, efficient facility equipped with the latest technology and equipment with a deeply experienced team that allows you to focus fully on patient care.
Position Highlights:
• Excellent lifestyle with flexible scheduling and no call, weekends, or nights
• Step into strong clinical volume immediately due to a current provider transitioning to part-time
• State-of-the-art facility with the latest equipment and highly trained support staff
• Physician-owned surgical center directly across the street with buy-in available
• Flexible surgical scheduling to meet your personal and clinical preferences
• Collegial practice environment with excellent, experienced support staff
Compensation Details:
• Proven earning potential of $1,000,000+
• $600,000 guaranteed base salary plus production bonus from day one
• Partnership eligibility after just one year
• Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, maximum retirement match, profit sharing and Safe Harbor contribution
• CME stipend, relocation and signing bonus, plus profit-sharing
