Practice Overview
- Join a team supported by three onsite technicians in a well-equipped clinic
- Two fully equipped exam rooms with advanced diagnostic technology available
- Option to perform LASIK pre- and post-operative care
- Utilize Athena for electronic health records, ensuring seamless patient management
Schedule
- Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek with consistent weekday hours
- See 12 to 13 patients per day, with 45-minute appointments for comprehensive care
- No weekend work, allowing for excellent work-life balance
- Enjoy autonomy in your practice with a supportive clinical team
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range from $122,000 to $175,000, commensurate with experience
- Generous signing bonus and relocation assistance up to $20,000
- Comprehensive benefits including premium-free health insurance and 401(k) match
- Approximately five weeks of paid time off, plus a CME allowance
Candidate Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and Wisconsin licensure required
- Welcoming both new graduates and experienced candidates
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex information
- Experience in FQHC or Native American healthcare setting is preferred
