Job description We are hiring for a reputable, physician-led ophthalmology group in Las Vegas, NV, seeking a fellowship-
  • trained Glaucoma Surgeon to join their premier multispecialty practice!

Practice Setting:
  • Ownership: Private Equity–backed, multi-specialty ophthalmology group
  • EMR: ModMed
  • ASC Onsite: Yes (high-volume, cataract-focused surgery center)
  • Support Staff: Dedicated scribes and technicians (scales with volume)
  • Current Staff: 4 MDs, multispecialty team
  • Surgeon Volume Expectation: 30–35 patients/day
  • Practice Volume: Highest cataract surgical volume in the state of Nevada

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Target Compensation: $350 000.00 basic

Qualifications

MD or DO degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency
Glaucoma fellowship training required
