Comprehensive eye care provider is looking for an ophthalmologist to lead one of their offices in Michigan. Replace a retiring physician with a strong referral base, including in-house optometrist, allowing you to establish and grow your practice quickly. Highly trained technicians, efficient staff, and a modern surgical center in the same building allow you to practice at the top of your license.
The Opportunity:
• Lead one of six offices in the region providing you with the autonomy to build your practice how you would like.
• Extraordinary facility and staff allow you to focus on providing efficient, high-level care.
• Enjoy priority scheduling in the surgical center located in the same building.
• Great lifestyle with no hospital call, no weekends, holidays, or nights.
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed competitive base salary plus lucrative production bonus years 1 and 2.
• Partnership after year 2 with total earnings $700,000 to $1,000,000.
• 6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50,000 sign-on, relocation and more.
• Comprehensive, executive level benefits include medical, dental, health, and malpractice insurance.
