We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join our community-based clinic in Michigan. This full-time role offers competitive pay, no nights or weekend work, and up to 3 weeks of PTO in the first year. The Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care services and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and vision disorders.
Collaborate with medical and nursing staff for coordinated patient care.
Train and support clinic staff such as opticians.
Educate patients on eye health, prevention, and maintenance.
Participate in quality improvement and peer review activities.
Maintain professional development and adhere to clinical standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required.
Current Optometry license (sponsorship available).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Working Hours
No nights or weekends.
