Ophthalmology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $1455.00 - $1575.00
This facility is seeking a Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: December 2025 - ongoing
· Practice Setting: Outpatient
· Types of Cases: clinic and surgeries, must be able to do injections, 12-14 procedures per day
· Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
· Certifications Required: Must be board certified and Basic Life Support (BLS)
· Licensure Required: must have an active Michigan license or Interstate Medical License Compact Letter of Qualification
