Position Highlights:
• No call, no nights, and no weekends
• One-year partnership track in a stable, physician-owned practice
• Immediate access to strong clinical and surgical volume from an established referral network
• Modern facility equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical technology, including new DSLT
• Physician-owned ASC located directly across the street with ownership opportunity
• Experienced, highly trained staff who allow physicians to focus on patient care
• Flexibility to incorporate clinical interests into your practice
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentives from day one
• Partnership eligibility after one year
• ASC ownership opportunity available
• Proven partner earnings of $800,000+
• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, profit sharing, Safe Harbor contribution, and retirement match
• Signing bonus, relocation assistance, and CME allowance provided
