A private group in Missouri is seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist to join their growing practice. Work alongside a highly skilled team delivering full-spectrum eye care with exceptional clinical and surgical support. This role offers a one-year partnership with the potential for surgical center ownership and earnings of $800,000+.
Position Highlights
• Modern, efficient clinic equipped with advanced technology, including new DSLT.
• Nearby physician-owned surgery center specializing in ophthalmology with excellent staff support.
• Strong referral network ensures robust clinical and surgical volume.
• No call, weekends, or nights, supporting an excellent work-life balance.
Compensation
• $400,000 guaranteed base salary plus immediate production bonuses.
• Partnership eligibility after the first year, including surgical center ownership opportunity.
• Total compensation potential of $800,000 or more.
• Executive-level benefits, including maximum retirement match, Safe Harbor contribution, and profit sharing.
• CME allowance, relocation assistance, signing bonus, and additional profit sharing.
