Retinal Ophthalmologist - Gillette, Wyoming
🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
✅ No weekends, no overnight call
A physician-led clinic in beautiful Northeastern Wyoming is seeking a fellowship-trained Retinal Ophthalmologist to join its dynamic, innovation-driven medical team. This position offers excellent compensation, advanced equipment, and true work-life balance — with no corporate bureaucracy.
💼 Position Highlights:
Diagnose and treat retinal/vitreoretinal conditions: macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, etc.
Perform in-office procedures: intravitreal injections, retinal laser therapy, OCT, FA, ICG
Conduct advanced surgeries: PPV, scleral buckle, and more
Join an established team including a cornea/refractive specialist
Opportunities for teaching, research, and special projects available
✅ Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. with fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery (2 years preferred)
Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
Eligible for medical licensure in the U.S.
Skilled surgeon committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range: Competitive based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
Relocation Assistance: Available
Health Benefits: Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
PTO: 6 weeks + 6 holidays + 7 sick days
CME: $5,000 allowance + 5 paid CME days
Retirement: 401(k) with 6% employer match
Malpractice: Full coverage ($1M/$3M)
