Step into an established, high-demand Ophthalmology practice with significant surgical volume already available, allowing you to build quickly without starting from scratch.
Practice Details:
• Join an established team of 4 Ophthalmologists supported by an experienced clinical staff
• Practice comprehensive Ophthalmology with the flexibility to incorporate Glaucoma, Retina, or Cornea based on your interests
• Utilize advanced technology and modern diagnostic equipment, including OCT, Visual Field testing, and more
• Enjoy a flexible schedule, including the option for a 4-day work week
• Customize your practice style and patient volumes, typically ranging from 25-45 patients per day
• Strong surgical volume and built-in demand with proven physician productivity exceeding 14,000 RVUs annually
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee of up to $600,000 plus additional productivity incentives
• Demonstrated physician earnings of $750,000 annually
• $150,000 sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package includes relocation assistance, PSLF eligibility, and more
