Position Summary: We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and treat various eye conditions, and prescribe corrective lenses. This role offers a collaborative, patient-focused work environment across multiple office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and assist with patient care, including occasional lifting (up to 35 lbs).

Position Summary: We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and treat various eye conditions, and prescribe corrective lenses. This role offers a collaborative, patient-focused work environment across multiple office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and medical eye exams
- Diagnose and treat a range of eye conditions
- Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Clearly communicate diagnosis and care plans to patients
- Perform LAL treatments (training provided)
- Document patient visits using EMR
- Participate in on-call rotations and see add-on/ER patients as needed
- Attend staff meetings and follow all clinical policies and safety protocols
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) and active NY State license
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Proficiency with EMR and medical coding/billing
- Team-oriented mindset and professional demeanor
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and assist with patient care, including occasional lifting (up to 35 lbs).
