Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary range of $147,000–$167,000 based on experience
  • Up to $10,000 annual retention bonus

Candidate Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Vermont
