About the Position

As an Optometrist on our team, you’ll provide comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include routine eye exams, diagnosing and treating a variety of eye conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and educating patients on proper eye health and preventative care. You’ll practice alongside a collaborative team in a supportive, community-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
  • Valid Vermont optometry license (or ability to obtain one)
  • Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive guaranteed salary of $147,000–$167,000, based on experience
