Position Description:
• A blend of medical and surgical ophthalmology, fully supported by skilled technicians, and efficient scribes.
• Flexibility to specialize in medical ophthalmology or develop a thriving surgical practice across cataract, glaucoma, corneal, and intraocular cases.
• Clinic-based procedures: eyelid surgery, intravitreal injections, YAG laser capsulotomy/PI.
• Onsite optical shop
• Long-term partnership track after two years
• Competitive guaranteed base salary with bonus. Comprehensive benefits package, 401k, generous PTO.
