Ophthalmology openings in Alabama * Located in *Huntsville, AL* - just 100 miles from both Birmingham, AL & Chattanooga, TN! * Service area of 500,000+ people * Full-time, permanent opening * Joining a multi-state, multi-specialty medical and surgical practice * Group has been in practice for over 30 years in Alabama * 10 offices throughout Alabama, as well as multiple satellite clinics * 11 Ophthalmologist and 7 Optometrists, including 2 other retina surgeons that provide services in Birmingham and affiliated central Alabama satellite clinics * Huntsville office has been open since 2003 * Currently 1 Cataract Surgeon there who performs over 200 cataract surgeries/year * Also a full-time Optometrist and part-time Pediatric/Strabismus Surgeon * Seeking *Glaucoma* and *Cornea* subspecialists for the Huntsville office! Huntsville is the fastest growing city in Alabama and expected to be the largest in approximately 2 years. This is largely a result of the Department of Defense and NASA work out of Marshall Space Flight Center.
