Join a thriving outpatient optometry practice in a growing college town just over an hour from Pensacola Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible Optometrist seeking a supportive, patient-focused environment with strong earning potential and a predictable schedule.

Practice Highlights:

• Fully comprehensive private practice with nine fully equipped exam rooms
• Dedicated support team including clinical staff, front desk, and optician for retail needs
• Advanced diagnostic tools: OCTs, Optos retinal imaging, IOP testing, corneal topography, and applanation tonometry

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • No evenings or weekends!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $120,000, based on experience, for a 2-year contract
• Quarterly production bonuses available
• Total earning potential up to $180,000-$200,000 annually
  • $25,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
