**About the Opening:**
- Full-time, permanent position
- Optometric and subspecialty support in Retina and Oculoplastic is available.
- The candidate will assist in developing the clinical service line, providing inpatient and outpatient general ophthalmology services in the elective and emergent care settings, shared call coverage, teaching residents and should be comfortable with a teamwork approach for patient management.
- The candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in collaborative research activities.
- Fellowship training in Glaucoma, Anterior segment and/or Cornea and External disease is welcome.
- The new hospital is designated as a state-of-the-art Level 1 Trauma and Regional Burn Center.
- Group co-sponsors nine residency programs affiliated through the Creighton Arizona Health Education Alliance and Phoenix Childrens Hospital and is well situated in central Phoenix.
